According to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), holistic wellness means nurturing our multi-dimensional health, addressing our whole being—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. These dimensions encompass aspects of our lives that are both “on and off the plate.” In our sessions, I will leverage the tools and principles of IIN while serving as your primary health advocate, supporting you at whatever stage of health you may be in and promoting your overall wellness. This can be demonstrated through:
Aiding and supporting your physician’s directives, e.g. whether for weight management or chronic disease. Coaching services can include accompanying at doctor’s visits or hospital stays.
Assessing your current multidimensional health—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Collaborating with you to design a tailored plan that enhances and refines your lifestyle, helping you achieve improved health outcomes.
Identifying potential health risks and initiating a preventive care routine.
Introducing new understandings of chronic disease and alternative treatment methods.
Integrating strategies for stacking healthy habits—both in nutrition and lifestyle—to fortify your body, empower your mind, and invigorate your spirit.
Providing a supportive space to discuss meaningful relationships that impact your overall health.

Offering guidance and support for those seeking to cultivate spirituality in their lives.
A health coach is not a crutch, but a partner who helps you during specific times when you need additional support and guidance to choose the right choices for your health. Ultimately, you are responsible for your own health. My goal is to support and assist you in achieving your health goals by providing care, guidance, motivation, and accountability.

the Benefits of a Yoga practice
There are countless benefits to having a yoga practice, and whether it is performing the physical postures, or the traditional yoga of meditation, the benefits improve mental clarity, reduces stress, improve physical wellness, and foster emotional well-being. If we take it up a notch, practices of yoga can offer amazing benefits that will ignite profound benefits in a holistic way.
Doing what I call the “inner work” will come naturally when starting a serious meditation practice. First, one just needs to start observing the mind and all its play. Through the practice of meditation and the process of inner work, I will teach you to:
Clear your mind of clutter, paving a state for mental clarity and tranquillity.
Identify and loosen your ego's grip, freeing yourself from hurtful limitations of self images.
Work on identifying and dissolving what are known as our samskaras - painful, unresolved experiences from our past
Cultivate your faculty of discernment, that will enable you to dissolve limiting beliefs and perceptions
Sharpen your concentration and focus
Embrace the present moment
Devoting time to nurture your inner self allows you to experience the serenity of stillness, peace, and quiet. With continuous practice, the result can be a beautiful transformation towards a state where life's challenges are met with equanimity. With long term practice, you will develop the willpower and ability to master the fluctuations of the mind through the observation of your mind, embracing acceptance and surrendering to grace.
